Heisaauctioneer,nomuchmoney,nopower,notveryhandsome;heisaordinaryperson.Butforthewomanhelove,hecouldbebrave,andbecomethe“BlueMickeyEyes”.MichaelFelgate,aManhattanartdealerfallsinlovewithGinaVitale,iscertainshellsoonbehisbride.Uponproposingtoheratquot;LaTrattoria,quot;apopulareateryinLittleItaly.Atthispoint,helearnsnotonlythathisbride-to-beisinfactthedaughterofapowerfulmafiagodfather,butthathisquot;discoveryquot;hasjustembroiledhiminadangeroussituationwhichrequireshimtoposeasthegangsterquot;MickeyBlueEyesquot;inordertogetoutofitalive.Gina‘sfather,FranktriestoteachMichaelhowtotalkandbehavelikeamobster,withtheBritishexportGranthopelessly(andpredictably)outofhiselement.ItisalmostpainfultohearGrantpretendthathecantevenbegintosoundlikeanItalian.Caanisingratiating,buthemostlygoesthroughthepaces.AsGrantgetsintoevergreaterdifficulty,thestorynecessarytorescuehischaracter(wasahappyendingeverindoubt?)becomesevermoreelaborate.Theroadleadingtomarrigeistiwstandturns.Michaelhadtodealwithalltheridicilousandtoughthings,suchasauctioningunproperpaintings,kissingstreetgirl,andevenamurder-by-accident.Whatathing!AllhedidwasjusttoprotecthisGina.HetriedtogetridofallthemessythingswithoutGina’snoticebutfailed.Theonlywaytoendupseemstobepainful—hehadtobekilled.Heagreed,forlove.Doesitendlikethat?Absoultlynot,byfilmsend,Micheal’ssteadylovecametohimrescure.It’sahappyending.MichaelandGinacanlivehappyforever.Actuallyit’snotainterestingmovie,butit’sstillatouchingstory,inthenameofLOVE.————————————————————————好吧，上面的其实只是应付交差的“软文”一篇。。个人真正的感受是：Grant还真是衰到家啊！凡是一个人能遇到的最不凑巧最倒霉的事几乎都给他碰到了，霉运在他身上发生的如此频繁以至于故意安排的痕迹是如此的明显，看他不停犯错的同时只能让看着他一脸衰样的我们欲爱不能欲骂不忍。太多太英式的幽默显然不够讨好。拿Mafia开刷的电影不止一部两部，这一部显然无厘头的不够充分，即使是笑点很低的我，也觉得完全不好笑嘛。。。
